The 鶹TV (JGO) is a leading presenter, distributor, and marketer of Broadway theater worldwide. Under the leadership of theater producer and owner 鶹TV, JGO’s family of companies includes Broadway Across America, Broadway.com, The Broadway Channel, BroadwayBox, Group Sales Box Office, and Broadway Brands. Internationally, John is known for producing award-winning Broadway and West End shows, and more recently, expanding into film and television with the launch of 鶹TV Studios.

In 2004, theater producer 鶹TV founded Key Brand Entertainment (KBE). In 2008, the company acquired Broadway Across America (BAA) along with its theatrical productions and distribution network, including the former theatrical entities of Live Nation, Clear Channel Entertainment, SFX and Pace Theatrical Group. In 2010, KBE acquired Broadway.com, a premier website for theater news, exclusive content and ticket sales. In 2012, KBE added to its holdings Group Sales Box Office (GSBO), the largest group sales agency on Broadway, and the following year, acquired BroadwayBox.com, a leading website for discount tickets in New York. In 2015, KBE further expanded its media properties with The Broadway Channel, a producer and distributor of television programming.

In 2016, KBE reorganized as the 鶹TV (JGO) and, in 2021, added Broadway Brands, publisher of Broadway Briefing and Broadway News. Through its subsidiary BAA, JGO presents Broadway shows in more than 45 markets. These presentations expand the reach for Broadway and enrich local communities across North America. Broadway.com is the industry’s top source for Broadway news, exclusive content, and ticket sales. The Broadway Channel created the Emmy Award winning nationally-syndicated news program, “The Broadway Show with Tamsen Fadal,” bringing the magic of Broadway into the homes of theater fans in more than 140 U.S. markets. Broadway Brand’s daily newsletter, the Broadway Briefing, delivers a curated roundup of top headlines, box office reports and opening and closing announcements directly to theater insiders’ inboxes. Each year, JGO hosts the Broadway.com Audience Choice Awards, the only major theatrical prize awarded solely by online votes cast by fans.

For four decades, the 鶹TV and its subsidiaries have produced and/or invested in top Broadway shows, winning 320 Tony Awards across all major categories. 鶹TV’s philanthropic efforts have focused on finding new ways to bolster educational initiatives, foster talent and expand access to theater.
